Measure straight across the widest hip point, about 16 cm / 6.3 in below the waistband, then double that number.
Tip: Keep the tape perfectly straight from side to side — not angled.
3Inseam
Start exactly where the front and back seams meet at the crotch. Follow the inside leg seam all the way down to the bottom hem.
Important: Measure the inner seam — not the outside leg and not from the waistband.
