This page describes how to request deletion of data associated with our use of Meta technologies (Facebook Login, Instagram, or related features) for the Carbon Social Feed integration.
What we may hold
If you used Facebook or Instagram to interact with our services, we may process identifiers or profile information as described in our Privacy policy.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@shopcarbon.com with:
- Subject line: Meta data deletion request
- Your name and the email associated with your Facebook or Instagram account
- A short description of what you want removed (e.g. app connection, marketing preferences)
We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time, as required by applicable law.

You can also manage apps and data in your Facebook settings and Instagram account settings.
