At Carbon, we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. This page explains how shipping, exchanges, store credit, and order support work for purchases made on shopcarbon.com.
Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:
· Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
· Expedited shipping: shown at checkout when available
· In-store pickup: available on select items and locations when shown on the product page
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high-order-volume periods.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Carbon is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
Exchanges and store credit
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only.
To be eligible, items must be:
· unworn
· unwashed
· unaltered
· in original condition
· returned with original tags attached
First purchase exchange policy
For your first purchase with Carbon, we offer an easy exchange within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· undergarments
· accessories
· gift cards
· final sale items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@shopcarbon.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return shipping
Returns must be initiated through your account portal or by contacting support@shopcarbon.com.
Free exchange label for first exchange For eligible first-purchase exchanges, Carbon may provide one exchange label.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
A return label can be provided through our return portal. The return label cost will be deducted from the issued store credit where applicable.
Processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.
